Job Description
BAM Coatings, one of the nation’s fastest growing concrete coating companies, is excited to offer an amazing opportunity to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative works directly with the Call Center Manager to engage prospective homeowners through a wide variety of lead sources. This job requires high volume outbound calls and texts to customers with the goal of setting appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities
- Receive prospect calls from database
- Deliver scripted product information to our prospective customers in a professional manner
- Qualify leads and set confirmed appointments for sales staff
- Track and maintain customer database
- Maintain high energy and enthusiasm with all customers
- Other responsibilities as deemed necessary by Call Center Manager
Qualifications
- 2+ years of prior appointment-setting, telemarketing, call center or sales experience a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
- Takes initiative with ability to set and achieve personal goals
- Excellent relationship building and people skills
- Passion for engaging and persuading potential clients
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Ambitious, high-energy & outgoing

Schedule
- Part-time – Approximately 20 hours
o Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – 9 am to 1 pm
o Saturday – 9 am to 3 pm
o Sunday – 1 pm to 3 pm or 3 pm to 5 pm
