Job Title: FSQ TechJob DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated FSQ Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for auditing production paperwork and conducting QA/QC tests on Cheese and Liquid Food Samples. Your role will revolve around a 3-day task rotation: production quality checks, lab quality testing/analysis, and quality responsibilities. Your tasks will include obtaining samples for testing (Cheese & liquid food product samples), performing daily batching scale verifications, preparing lab testing materials/supplies and ensuring adequate inventory. You will also update daily temperature logs, maintain, review, and distribute critical quality control reports as requested by QA Management, and ensure compliance with plant safety standards and applicable regulatory requirements while following good manufacturing processes.Hard Skills

Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Germantown, Wisconsin.Work EnvironmentYou will be working in a Food Manufacturing Facility and Micro & Chemistry Lab. We believe in a close team with high accountability and team work. We operate with an all hands on deck mentality when needed.
