Job Title: FSQ TechJob DescriptionThe FSQ Technician is responsible for auditioning production paperwork and conducting QA/QC tests on cheese and liquid food samples. The role requires working on a 3-day rotation of tasks which include production quality checks, lab quality testing/analysis, and quality assurance responsibilities. Key duties involve obtaining samples for testing, performing daily batching scale verifications, preparing lab testing materials/supplies, updating daily temperature logs, and maintaining critical quality control reports. The FSQ Technician must ensure compliance with plant safety standards and applicable regulatory requirements while following the company’s Good Manufacturing Processes.Hard Skills
