Kelly Services, in partnership with a large logistics company in the Green Bay, WI area is seeking a Broker Assistant II . This position is full-time and is a 3+ month contract position.Shift: 1st shift, 7:00am-4:00pm, M-FPay Rate: $19-$20/hourJob OverviewThe Broker Assistant will play a critical role in load coverage, load tracking and the overall carrier experience. Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and customers.

Respond to rate offers.

Book freight with carriers.

Ensure loads are in proper status and troubleshoot all load issues that arise.

Complete driver check-ins and carrier follow-ups.

Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

One plus years of relevant work experience.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail.
