Description:Estimator for ground-up high-end residential and light commercial projects. - Prepare and perform accurate labor and material takeoffs. - Monitor bid progress including follow-up on subcontractors/supplier bid requests - Compile accurate and organized bids - Assist in assembly of project budgets - Read and review blueprints/plans - Prepare cost estimates for change orders - Collaborate with project managers, estimators, architects, and engineersSkills:Estimating software, Estimation, Construction, bidding, Pricing, construction estimating, bluebeam, timberline, ms project, procoreTop Skills Details:Estimating software,Estimation,Construction,bidding,Pricing,construction estimatingAdditional Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years experience of estimating within a residential or light commercial setting - Knowledge of construction equipment and estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing required. - Ability to read construction plans (architectural, MEP, civil drawings), documents and specifications. - Experience with MS Project, Bluebeam, or Timberline
