Good employees and good jobs are hard to find. I'm looking for good caregivers who want a good job.
I'm a laid-back 35yr old C4/C5 quadriplegic, I've got a great crew right now and need 1-2 more reliable people who can work NOC shifts from 11pm-7am. All my staff are employed through Lakeland Care District but work for me directly in my apartment. This job is not like the others that are posted here. My employees enjoy working here, which is important to me. I appreciate and respect all of my employees. I'm grateful for the help I get because it gives me a better quality of life, and I try to be as flexible as I can with my staff while making sure my needs are met. We all work together here and we don't like drama. If you've been working in this field for a while, I know you'll understand how challenging it can be to have coworkers, a boss and situation like that.
If this is the type of work environment you are looking for then you have found the right place. If you have a passion for helping others and you take pride in doing a good job then you're the type of person I'm looking for and I look forward to meeting you. I prefer applicants who are CNA certified, but if you aren't it's fine as long as you have some experience.

Shift duties may include but are not limited to: personal cares, transfers, administering medication, cooking/meal prep, ordering medical supplies, coordinating appointments, shopping, cleaning and charting all tasks performed. I use my own van for transportation so you'll need to have a valid drivers license to be covered under my insurance.
