We are looking for an Appointment Coordinator to join our patient-centered orthodontic practice. We strive for excellence in giving people their life-changing smiles! As an appointment coordinator you will:
- Greet and welcome patients
- Schedule appointments
- Verify orthodontic benefits
Requirements:
- Upbeat, friendly, hardworking individual
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Computer knowledge
- Organizational skills
Experience in dentistry or an orthodontic office is preferred however we are open to training a great candidate as well! Applicants must be open to working in one of two locations, our Ashwaubenon office and/or our Howard office. Part and full time positions available.
