Apartment Maintenance position open
Part-time possibly Full-time position
Experience is required, Plumbing experience is preferred not required.
Job Duties are:
General Apartment maintenance
Prepping vacant Apartments for new residents
General plumbing, maintenance requests
Good communication skills a must
Own or have access to general tools
Have a reliable vehicle and a valid Drivers License
Plowing experience not necessary but helpful
Salary open for experienced applicant
Premium pay for Experienced Applicant
