Job Summary:
Superior Skilled Trades has immediate openings for Construction Laborers in Green Bay, WI. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady hours, competitive pay, and the chance to grow within the skilled trades industry. You will support licensed plumbers with sewer piping, trenching, pipe lining, and directional boring. Plumbing experience is a huge plus and can lead to faster advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation and repair of sewer and drainage piping
Perform trenching, directional boring, and pipe lining tasks
Support skilled plumbers with various labor-intensive duties
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Operate basic hand tools and follow safety protocols
Handle physically demanding work in outdoor/dirty environments
Requirements:
Prior construction or labor experience preferred at least 6 months to a year
Plumbing experience is a huge plus
Job requires proper use of PPE, including hard hat, safety glasses, vest or hi vis shirt, gloves, and steel-toed boots
Must have basic hand tools
Ability to lift, carry, and perform strenuous work in all weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Strong work ethic, teamwork, and willingness to learn
