Dan's Moving Van is a family company with over 8 years experience in the professional moving industry. Our company strives in providing quality service to our customers. Currently we are looking at hiring professional movers and professional drivers. Our trucks are 26 feet in length and do not require a CDL. We do require a clean driving record and the willingness to work hard.
Job starts as part time with full time opportunities. Pay ranges from $13 to $18 per hour depending on your experience in the moving industry and experience driving box trucks. A bonus is also if you have the ability to drive a 5 speed manual 26 footer. Tips are also very common in this industry and split amongst employees on the job.
Job tasks consist of general lifting of household furniture such as couches, chairs, armories, dressers, boxes etc. Repetitive motions and lifting as heavy as 100 to 200 pounds may be required on bigger items such as upright pianos.
