We are looking for a maintenance person to help provide general maintenance for our office building daily. The preferred hours are 7:00 am to 9:00 am each morning Monday through Friday. It would be the prefect position for someone looking for some part-time work or to supplement other work/positions. General tasks are:
- Check the building every morning to ensure everything is in working order and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain the exterior by cutting the lawn, trimming bushes, and keeping the landscape looking neat.
- During snowy weather, shovel snow in doorways only and apply salt to prevent slips and falls.
- Handle minor electrical and plumbing repairs as needed to keep systems running smoothly.
- Put up and maintain the American flag, ensuring it flies proudly.
- Change furnace filters and install air fresheners to keep the air clean and fresh.
- Hang pictures and decorations to enhance the aesthetic appeal of common areas.
- Take out garbage daily to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
