Our Police and Emergency Vehicle Technicians complete installation, electrical wiring, and fabrication on emergency vehicles.
As a Police and Emergency Vehicle Technician, you would:
- Install wiring of lighting and siren systems
- Install in-car video solutions and mobile data networks
- Install various vehicle accessories such as partitions, push bumpers, storage boxes, etc.
- Install 2-way radio equipment
Ideally, you will:
- Have knowledge of vehicle wiring
- Be able to identify electrical circuits
- Be able to communicate well with others
- Be able to work on and see small objects
- Have good hearing and color vision
- Be prompt and prepared to work
- Hold current Driver’s license
