BE’S Refreshments, NE Wisconsin’s premier refreshment company, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator
Join our growing team! While this role is focused on accounts payable, it plays an integral role in the day-to-day office operations and maintains responsibility for a variety of duties and tasks. The ideal candidate will be detailed orientated, a quick learner and possess exceptional customer service skills.
Essential skills:
Must have experience working with Quickbooks, with the ability to utilize for multiple companies
Accounts Payable – Payments by EFT/printed checks, handling all vendor accounts, building vendor relationships and making sure bills are paid in a timely matter
Completing commissions, generating checks and paying according to set terms
Mailing
Maintaining a filing system for all accounts
Reconciling credit cards/gas cards
Reconciling petty cash accounts
Maintaining an adequate par level of office supplies
Customer service – This position is on the “front line” when customers call in, being their first point of contact at BE’S Refreshments. Duties will include answering phones, greeting guests at the front door and entering service calls into our software system, Streamware.
Proficient in Microsoft, Excel, online banking and 10 key calculators.
Willing to learn Streamware
Lead by example, demonstrating integrity and displaying high ethical behavior in all interactions
and decisions made on behalf of BE'S Coffee & Vending Service
Know and follow our culture, core values, policies and procedures.
Work hours as needed to meet full scope of job responsibilities including occasional evening and weekend hours.
All other duties as assigned.
