Job Title: Carpenter / Steel Erector
Location: Green Bay, WI
Pay: $28 – $34 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Duration: Remainder of the season

Job Description:
Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Carpenters / Steel Erectors for commercial and agricultural building projects in the Green Bay, WI area. We are looking for dependable and skilled tradespeople who are ready to work for the rest of the season.
Job Duties:
Erect structural steel and install steel framing systems
Construct and assemble agricultural and commercial buildings (including pole barns and steel structures)
Perform steel stud framing, siding, roofing, and sheathing as required
Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Follow blueprints, diagrams, and project specifications
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in carpentry or steel erection
Experience with pole barns, steel erection, or steel stud framing highly preferred
Ability to work at heights and use ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
Job requires proper use of PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, high-vis vest, gloves, boots)
Must have basic hand tools and harness
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Ability to start work promptly at 6:00 AM
