Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Concrete Finishing Apprentices to join our team for an exciting project in De Pere, Wisconsin.
PAY: $25-$30/hour(Based on experience)
Hours: 40-50 hours/week (Monday - Friday) 7:00am to 4:00pm
Duration: 5 months
Start: 04/14/2025
Responsibilities:
Concrete flatwork - pouring, raking, setting forms, stripping forms, hand finishing.
Adhere to blueprints and building plans to meet client specifications.
Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks.
Collaborate with carpenters and construction team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of flatwork experience.
At least 2 years of hand finishing experience.
Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
Ability of bending, standing, kneeling, using ladder as needed
Additional Requirements:
Basic hand tools and tool belt (Hammer (claw) 25’ Tape)
Basic PPE - hard hat, high visibility vest, steel toes, gloves and glasses, knee pad
