Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating embroidery machines, particularly for cap embroidery, and be comfortable working with both single-head and multi-head machines.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain the newest single-head and 6-head Barudan embroidery machines.
Work directly with digitizers to ensure high-quality embroidery on caps.
Embroider designs on caps only (current product focus).
Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Monitor the quality of embroidered caps to meet our company’s high standards.
Assist with troubleshooting and machine maintenance as needed.
Manage order fulfillment in coordination with our eCommerce platform, delivering to customers across the United States.
Requirements:
Experience with embroidery machines, particularly Barudan machines, is a must.
Knowledge of cap embroidery techniques is essential.
Ability to work with digitizers and interpret embroidery designs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet order deadlines.
Familiarity with order fulfillment processes in an eCommerce business is a plus.
