R-Tek is an Industrial Powder Coating business in the Green Bay area that is looking for quality people to join our team.
-Job description:
Powder Coat Assistant will asset in proper preparation of product before powder coating and after to ensure the quality per customer and company specifications. They will be able to work and train all aspects of the powder coating process.
-Job Responsibilities:
The ability to work as a team, follow orders and complete tasks as assigned by paint lead
Mask, media blast, sand, plug, and hang parts to be painted
Unhang and check quality of product
Package/palletize parts
Maintain clean work area and assist in equipment maintenance when scheduled
-Requirements:
Safety shoes and Safety glasses to be worn at all times
Walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling parts and able to lift 50lbs
Good attitude
Trustworthy
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work in a team atmosphere
Strong attention to detail
-Education:
High School Diploma
-Experience:
Not required, wage is based on experience

-Salary:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
-Expected hours:
40 per week, 4 days @ 9hrs and 1/2 day on Friday
