Priorities:

Highly Competitive Pay based on experience and performance

Ongoing Training: We cover ASE certifications, training, and expect 30+ hours of (paid) continuing education annually

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm—NO weekends

Key Tech Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair vehicle mechanical/electrical components and systems

Perform routine maintenance to maximize vehicle functionality and longevity

Recommend future maintenance schedules and best practices

Keep detailed logs of work and maintain equipment/tools

Contribute to a clean, organized shop and help keep things fun and positive

What You Bring:

Experience: A- and B-level Technicians with a proven track record

Qualities: Integrity, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and teamwork

Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, own tools (A-level)

Mindset: Eager to learn, open to feedback, not afraid to ask questions or assist teammates
