Job description
Wells By Welch is looking for an individual to join our crew of water well drillers. If you don’t have experience don’t let that deter you from contacting us as we are willing to train the right individual for the job. Starting out the individual would be working with one of our drill crews to learn the trade and eventually advance to performing well drilling on their own. Prior operation of heavy equipment (i.e. backhoes, excavators, etc.) would be a plus. We are extremely competitive on compensation!
Job Requirements
Valid Driver’s License
Commercial Drivers License (CDL) is a plus or willingness to obtain one
Stick welding capabilities
Ability to work outside in weather elements
