CST Lines, Inc is a small trucking company in Green Bay, WI looking to hire an Assistant to support daily operations.
Duties Will Include:
Assisting Operations/Dispatch Department
Data Entry into various programs that we utilize.
Answering Phones.
Support to all areas in the company.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned and needed.
Requirements:
Work in the office Monday - Friday
Accurate typing skills.
Detail Oriented.
Excellent communication skills.
Organizational skills, Time management and multi-tasking skills a must in our fast paced office.
Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently and within a team.
Must be dependable with a good attendance record.
