Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for an Custodial/Facilities Technician for an area electronics company. This is a long-term, full-time position with opportunity to be hired on.
The primary responsibilities for this position include cleaning lunchrooms and bathrooms, painting, cleaning of production floor, shoveling snow. plumbing, miscellaneous building maintenance, and other tasks assigned as needed
The ideal candidate will have the following qualification:
-Above average attendance
-Good communication skills
-Availability to work flexible hours; for example early mornings
-Ability to work independently
-Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
-Frequent bending, lifting, walking and reaching
-Must be available for overtime if scheduled
Hours for this 1st shift position are Monday-Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm. Starting pay is $12.00-$15.00 per hour.
