We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Person to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this supporting role include performing routine maintenance and repairs in an established apartment community to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents. While we are willing to train the right person, the ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, drywall, carpentry, and painting. Additionally, responsibilities may include snow removal, carpet cleaning and outdoor maintenance. Ability to work independently is essential for success in this role. This position offers a flexible part-time schedule (10-20 hours per week) with additional, occasional fill in for on-call weekends.
Experience in general maintenance tasks or a willingness to learn needed skills

Physical stamina and dexterity to handle various maintenance equipment
High school diploma or equivalent
