looking for a general laborer, someone not scared of actual work. somebody whom has a phone, preferably a driver's licence also, someone who can communicate. and can read a clock and tell time. a person whom if they say 8am monday, that's not 10am Wednesday maybe. we are a autobody/marine repair facility. we work with raw fiberglass, you will itch. there's buffing, you will need to hold 10 lbs over your head for intervals. and for emergency purposes someone who can swim.
you will first be hired as a contracted laborer, you will be 1099'd. After you prove yourself, you may be brought on full time. but so many have failed due to lack of communication. it's amazing how many people can't text or call in or quit in person. all I ask is show up work, follow direction, get paid.
pay is based on a percentage of the job you do. you get paid when I get paid. sometimes daily, sometimes weekly.
I will teach you a trade, as somebody taught me. I prefer drug free people, who have transportation, go directly to top of list. we work on classic cars, boats of all kinds, and metal fabrication.
