-Union Customer Service Rep needed to service our contracted unions/associations and credit union families (Teamsters, electrical workers, pipefitters, laborers, teachers etc.)
-Must be highly motivated and fit into an environment that has a business athlete mentality. (Winning is our culture, and were all good at it while still having the family atmosphere)
-Average compensation with bonuses and commissions is 45,000-65,000 first year (But no ones average. If you have the Business Athlete Mentality expect 80,000+ with bonuses added in.
-We meet with our union members and advise/educate them on how there benefits work and set up there individual customized union packages all calculated by our software.
We receive the union members response card and contact them after
-Irregular working hours:
Monday and Thursday office days (1-9pm)
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (3-9pm) from Union Location assigned to
We provide a paid training program; less experience is actually wanted to develop the skillset that are wanted by a proven structure and platform
