Description We are excited to offer a short-term contract opportunity for an Administrative Manual/Employee Handbook Project role within the Financial Services industry. This position is based in Madison, Wisconsin and focuses on updating and maintaining administrative manuals and employee handbooks to ensure their accuracy and relevance.Key Responsibilities:

Update and revise administrative manuals and employee handbooks to reflect the most current and accurate information.

Establish a standardized format to streamline future updates.

Collaborate with the HR Manager to provide expertise in organizing and drafting manuals.

Review existing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with changes in employment laws or internal practices.

Develop a detailed outline to structure the content of the manuals effectively.

Present the finalized manuals to appropriate leadership for review and approval.

Ensure the Employee Handbook serves as a comprehensive guide for employees, offering essential information and setting the tone for the employee-employer relationship.

Ensure the Administrative Manual provides detailed policies encompassing all aspects beyond HR.

Enhance the Employee Handbook to support onboarding and orientation for new employees.

Maintain an up-to-date Administrative Manual that helps current employees access the information necessary to perform their roles effectively.
