This full-time position is dynamic and fast-paced, offering the opportunity for creative application of research skills in a meaningful and purpose-driven environment.Essential Job Functions

Conducting field studies, running statistical analyses, and collaborating on academic research papers, including white papers and journal articles.

Writing articles tailored for educators, creating assessment tools, and speaking publicly are also integral parts of this role.

Working effectively within cross-functional teams and supporting research within a diverse group of collaborators.

Translating research into practical applications such as curriculum development, professional development programs, interventions, or similar projects is a key function.

Basic Qualifications

A Master's or advanced degree in education, sociology, psychology, or public health.

10+ years working in education or as an educational researcher.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Expert knowledge in areas such as education research, intervention research, teacher training, implementation science, or a related field.

A track record of effective writing on topics related to education, mental health, or public policy, with a preference for work published in academic journals or industry reports.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.

Experience in data visualization and general graphic design skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.

Excellent time-management and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects with logical thinking and adherence to deadlines.

Ability to maintain detailed, accurate records and translate research findings into practical applications.

For location-specific compensation:California - Anticipated compensation for this position is $100-110k.
