Store all items to ensure adequate supply of clean dishes and utensils.Must adhere to policy following HACCP guidelines related to cross contamination, i.e. Clean end of dish room, dirty end of dish room and proper techniques related to them.Other duties as assigned.Ability to operate institutional dishwashing equipment.Ability to understand oral and written instructions.Ability to read and understand chemical and/or cleaning product label instructions.
