Pizza Brutta, a wood-fired pizzeria is recruiting motivated people looking to expand their restaurant skills or just looking to get started in the restaurant industry. We promote from within so this is a great opportunity for someone looking to get in and grow with us.
Pizza-makers In Training and Kitchen Help: ($13-$16/H total compensation)
In this hourly position we train people to open pizza dough, top pizzas and ultimately master the art of running a wood fired oven. Pizza-makers will be required to make salads and share preparation and closing duties. Pizza-makers are also eligible to apply for manager positions once they have made their way through our training program.
Cashiers and Runners: ($11-$13/H total compensation)
This is great opportunity for someone looking to get a start in the restaurant industry. We will train our front of the house cashiers and runners to be knowledgeable in all areas of the front of the house. We are looking for people who are passionate about food, local ingredients, beer and wine. FOH employees are also in charge of all transactions, customer interaction and serving the pizzas to our customers. The right candidates are outgoing, friendly, high energy and can stay calm in a fast paced environment. After mastering these FOH positions, candidates will have the option to start training at the Pizza Maker position.
All new hires, working at least 25 hours a week, will receive a $100 bonus after successfully completing 30 days of employment.
