Isthmus Wellness is not your typical clinic and we are looking for not your typical provider. Flexibility, positive mindset and the ability to work great in a team environment are key attributes of our next acupuncturist or massage therapist. Thoughts are things here at Isthmus, therefore we believe in taking responsibility for our own success, health and positive mindset and personality in the office. We believe we cannot help others if we do not first grow ourselves and put our own self care first. We are a solid group of fun, light hearted, self starter. Some evening shifts are required or every/every other Saturday. We are looking for a minimum of 25 hours per week with the flexibility to fill in for colleagues when they are away.
We have a commission based structure that rewards you based on the time you have been with us, completion of proper charting and is boosted by herbal and other lifestyle recommendations we carry to improve treatment outcomes. The expectations around growing within the practice are both the practitioners responsibility and the business. We do tract our retention rates as a clinic and individually to ensure that we are providing support and presenting treatment plans in a way that people can understand and get results with our wonderful medicine. We work hand in hand to set goals with you, implement marketing strategies and support effective communication to help you be successful in our team practice. Our next provider must be a raving fan of acupuncture, Chinese medicine, massage therapy and believe in the bodies ability to heal through TCM, herbs, diet, essential oils and supplements.
