Clinic Operations Manager

Stoughton Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Operations Manager to oversee the Multi-Specialty Clinic departments on a Full-Time basis.

The Clinic Operations Manager works with the department providers, the Director of Engagement & Experience, and in collaboration with the clinic operations manager counterpart. The Manager coordinates the activities of assigned departments including organization planning, leadership, fiscal responsibility, quality, and customer service to live the mission, vision, and values of Stoughton Health. Has operational responsibility, authority, and accountability for assigned specialty clinics.

Essential Functions:

Ensures that clinical/professional practice is consistent with Stoughton Health standards of patient care and standards of practice.

Supervise and monitor the documentation of patient services in medical records to ensure services are adequately documented.

Acts as the clinic liaison for referral sources and other areas to ensure positive relationships.

Supervises the day-to-day operations of the staff to ensure a high level of productivity and customer service.

Demonstrates strong organizational skills, effective priority setting, and follow through in supervising the department staff and managing colleagues.

Has a working knowledge of all clinical roles under their supervision and is available as a clinical resource to the staff.

Communicates effectively with executive leaders, employees, medical staff, and other departments.

Position Requirements:

Required Education: Associate’s Degree in relevant field of study.

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study. Prefer Clinic Background.

Professional Experience: Minimum of three years supervisory/management experience in a health care clinic setting. Orthopedic and/or podiatry experience desired. Strong Epic experience.

BLS certification within 90 days of hire

Basic computer competency skills are expected for this position

Microsoft Office Suite Skills: Intermediate Skills - Ability to perform fairly detailed formatting, create Word and Excel files, write formulas, and prepare charts for reports.

Work Shift:

Full-Time, 1.0 FTE

40 hours per week

Work Days: Monday – Friday

Scheduled Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

No Weekends or Holidays
