We're hiring new Cleaning Technicians to join our team at Happy House Cleaning! We are a rapidly growing residential cleaning company, based in Middleton, WI, with opportunities for advancement! New employees will first go through our training program (4-6 weeks) before being assigned homes to clean, located in the Madison, WI area. We run solo teams, so applicants must be comfortable working by themselves. No previous cleaning experience is required (but preferred). If you enjoy a fast-paced work environment where your efficiency has a direct impact on how much money you make, this is the job for you!
New team members will start out making $20.00 per hour with the ability to rapidly increase their hourly earnings by improving their efficiency and/or taking on more responsibility. Maximum hourly earning potential for a technician is $40 per hour. The current average pay for our technicians is $31 per hour.
● PTO after 6 months.
● Weekly bonuses, up to $130 per week for full time technicians.
● Tips! On average our technicians make an extra $2,500 per year on tips.
● Payment will be distributed via direct deposit every other Friday.
Applicants will need to have a reliable personal vehicle to use for work, along with a Driver's License, valid insurance, and a clean driving record.

Presenting in a professional and friendly manner to our clients and each other
Working efficiently to meet the allowed hours set for each home
Maintaining quality scores of 95% or higher

Qualifications:

Time Managers - Ability to follow a schedule and finish the job on time.
Strong Eye Muscles - Team members who can spot and remove filth that may be invisible to the untrained eye, especially in a “clean” home.
Punctual People - Consistently arrives at cleanings on time, fit for duty, and bright eyed and bushy tailed.
