We are Seeking 20 Resilient Independant Drivers for Package Delivery opportunities in Madison and surrounding areas.
Our Mission:
To provide exceptional delivery service to OnTrac customers and shippers through a network of dedicated, reliable, and customer-focused Last-Mile Driver Contractors.
What you do:
1) Pick up packages at the Madison terminal starting 8:30 AM
2) Deliver small packages under 55lbs to customers and receivers
3) Confirm Delivery in real time on your phone
4) Deliveries are 90% residential e-commerce deliveries
Realistic Expectations:
Variable Work: Daily Volume Growth.
Morning Shifts: Start at 8:30 AM, work until deliveries are complete. routes time range 5-7 hours
Flat Structure: $2.00 per stop. Delivery stops range from 50-80 stops
Vehicle Requirements: Must use your own vehicle. Recommended: Cargo Van, Step Van, Large SUV or CDV (Commercial Delivery Vehicle). No pickups trucks.
Insurance: Insurance required by state (at your expense).
Independent Contractor Status: Responsible for your own taxes and expenses.
App-Based System: Use OnTrac OnRoute app for loading, routing, and delivery confirmation.
Contractor Expense may include administrative fees and Territory Tolls
Invoiced weekly for payment
Driver Bonuses
To qualify for the $500 dollar signing Bonus you must drive 4 days a week for your 1st 30 days
6th and 7thday bonus. Receive an extra $50 per day you drive a 6th and 7th day in a calendar week.
Make $100-$250 daily using your own van
Requirements:
Clean driving record
Pass background check and drug test
Smartphone for app usage
Ability to lift packages up to 55 lbs.

Enrollment Needs:
EIN, SS-4 verification letter, W-9, Driver's License, Articles of Incorporation, Profile Photo, Social Security Card, Background check/MVR, OpenForce Enrollment, Driver Agreement
