Full time
- For general property maintenance, repairs, cleaning, painting, drywall, interior, exterior work and other duties related to building maintenance.
- Experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
- Compensation is based on related experience
- We are Looking for someone wanting long term employment.
- This position would include a company vehicle for those over 21 yrs of age and valid drivers license.
- Must have the ability to problem solve and work independently in the completion of work orders and as part of a team are key.
-Background check required.
