Diamond Factory Service is a Home Appliance Repair shop located in Fitchburg, servicing south central and south eastern Wisconsin. We repair washers, dryers, ranges, microwaves, refrigerators, dishwashers and a few other products in our customers' home.
We are a Whirlpool "W" company, which means we are Whirlpool's primary servicer in the State of Wisconsin. Whirlpool owns a number of other brands too. Maytag, JennAir, KitchenAid are all Whirlpool brands for example.
We are to the point where we need some additional office help. The office work will consist of a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
Scheduling Customers Who's Parts Have Come In
Data work in our software updating certain types of work orders
Some limited help in receiving parts
Running Reports
Updating Scorecards
Distributing Communications to Employees
Possible work in parts sourcing special order parts with no ETA.
Etc.
I expect we'll need 15-20 hours per week. The time of day is flexible, but it needs to be during the day. The shop opens at 8:00 AM, and we close by about 4:30. While it is possible that this could include some work from home, at least initially this is an in shop position. The schedule would be 2-3-4 days per week. Shifts of 4-5 hours are anticipated.
This is a new position. I expect we'll work our way through the details once a person starts to bring greater definition to the role. For the most part it is a very flexible position, where you'd be helping us shape what the position will entail.
