Property maintenance in upscale neighborhood. Job includes on site residential building maintenance, grounds maintenance, pool maintenance and landscaping maintenance which includes mowing, planting and plant care. We have utility vehicles for on-site transportation. Must have the ability to climb a ladder occasionally, lift 60 pounds occasionally and have some general building and grounds maintenance experience. Steady year-round employment,40 hours/week, @7:30-4:00 pm. There is a lot of work variety and independence on the job. Bring a good attitude and a good work ethic.
