We are looking for experienced trimmers to join our residential new construction team.

COMPENSATION: Starting pay based on experience; Merit-based increases
NO NIGHTS / NO WEEKENDS.
STEADY, YEAR-ROUND WORK.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Interior trim work, including base, case, doors, windows, stairs, etc.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other layouts.
Accurately measure, cut, and install various fixtures and woodwork
Verify quality of materials to ensure quality finished product
Must be able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Must have reliable transportation to and from job site(s)
Valid driver’s license strongly preferred
Exceptional written and oral communication (English)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
EXPERIENCE
General construction knowledge
Finish Carpentry (2+ years)
SHIFT DETAILS
Mondays through Fridays, 8-hour shifts
No nights / No weekends
COMPENSATION:
Based on experience and skillset
Typically $22-$25 starting for trim-specific experience
