Start your long-term career today!Description:This individual will be doing Facilities Industrial Maintenance and helping Coordinate contractors for additional help.Job Duties:
Performs routine maintenance on property and related structures
Performs snow removal through use of tractors, trucks, snowplows and snow loaders
Coordinates with contractors and provides recommendations to contractors when deemed agreed upon by ownership
Inspects contracted work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards
Maintains lawn maintenance, applies pesticides and fertilizers and assists with planting of landscaping
Erects, removes, repairs and maintains signage throughout the property
Maintains equipment and tools used in performance of duties
Assists other departments as needed, holds place in on-call schedule and maintains availability for emergency situations
Performs preventive maintenance on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning units
Makes repairs or adjustments to maintain equipment in production
Installs, repairs, rebuilds, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment used in production and related services
Diagnoses machine malfunctions and operating difficulties
Rebuilds machines and overhauls troublesome components and attachments to involve dismantling, inspection, machining or replacement of purchased parts
Performs skilled operations such as filing and aligning bearings, spindles, and shafts; adjust feed and limit mechanisms, gibs, and ways
