This position is ideal for self-directed professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and excel in 1:1 client service, legal analysis, and project management.  The workload is intense but rewarding, for the right professional.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESClient Consultation & StrategyConduct comprehensive case intake discussions with trial attorneys to assess litigation strategies and expert witness needs.Analyze case details and develop customized expert search strategies that align with proposed legal arguments.Transform complex client requirements into actionable research initiatives that you will own to identify the most relevant experts.Project & Case ManagementOversee the full lifecycle of client engagements, ensuring smooth execution across multiple service lines.Monitor client usage and engagement throughout their contract term to maximize service value.Coordinate timely and high-quality expert recommendations, maintaining precision and efficiency in deliverables.Relationship Development & Client SuccessBuild and maintain trusted relationships with attorney clients, becoming a reliable resource throughout the litigation process.Present expert witness findings and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.Proactively identify and address potential challenges, ensuring seamless service delivery.
