The Customer Efficiency and Intelligent Automation team in the Private Cloud Customer Center at SAP Enterprise Cloud Services ECS focuses on continuous enrichment of customer interactions through managing information channels and platforms, on line environments, digital assets, governance and guidelines for customer engagement channels and communication approaches.

The team coordinates and interfaces with internal SAP units to enhance and automate customer interactions and processes through AI, Machine Learning and lo code no code Business Process Automation e.g. workflows, RPA .

Identify potential automation initiatives, by using business process analytics and intelligence, and working together closely with other teams at ECS

Understand, analyze and design automation solutions using SAP iRPA and SAP Process Automation, the Microsoft Power Platform, and other tools

Building prototypes and conducting PoCs and feasibility studies into automation potential

Participate in demand prioritization and sprint planning,

Create Business Requirements Documents,

Create and maintain process models in e.g. SAP Signavio,

Create functional and technical design documentation,

Create and maintain testing documentation,

Configure and maintain automated processes in SAP iRPA, SAP Process Automation, the Microsoft Power Platform, and other tools

Execute deployment and performance testing,

Pro actively monitor the execution of automated processes to identify and remediate exceptions, and update the related tools,

Define, create and maintain end to end process models in Signavio, support business process mining, and determine flows and tool usage. A key responsibility is pro actively monitoring executed

.Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience with business process automation using e.g. Signavio, SAP

Minimum 2 years experience with RPA and SAP tools

MUST have thorough knowledge of Gen AI

Excellent understanding of cloud architecture principles, such as Hyperscalers AWS, Azure, GCP ,

Experience with stakeholder management, project management and customer communications

Strong communication and analytical skills

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Conversational AI, SAP iRPA, and the Microsoft Power Platform.

Experience with Service NOW

Good understanding of principles, such as business process mining, analysis, design and monitoring.

Proficient in creating detailed business requirements and process designs.

Networking, programming scripting and security for automation solutions

Good knowledge of SAP product portfolio
