Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with a master plumber to gather and document data on various buildings at the VA hospital. This data will be used to create and maintain a comprehensive Building Information Model (BIM). Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a master plumber to collect accurate data on building systems and structures.
Conduct thorough inspections of buildings to gather necessary information for the BIM model.
Document findings meticulously and ensure all data is accurately input into the BIM software.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards during data collection.
Assist in maintaining and updating the BIM model as new data becomes available.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and data accuracy.
Hard Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction or a related field.
Proficiency in BIM software and other relevant data collection tools.
Strong understanding of construction principles and building systems.
Attention to detail and ability to produce precise and accurate documentation.
Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
