Construction Inspector

A Construction Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring that construction projects comply with various regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities:

Inspect Construction Sites: Regularly examine building sites during and after construction to ensure compliance with local and national building codes.

Review Plans: Analyze building plans and specifications to confirm they meet regulatory requirements.

Monitor Safety Standards: Ensure that safety protocols are followed on-site and that construction practices adhere to safety regulations.

Document Findings: Maintain detailed records of inspections, including any violations or issues that arise.

Issue Notices: Provide violation notices or stop-work orders when necessary, and communicate findings to contractors and stakeholders.

Conduct Follow-Up Inspections: Verify that any corrective actions have been implemented as required.

Qualifications:

Education: Requires a degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Experience: 0- 2 years of experience in construction inspection or a similar role.

Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents.
