You will support the transportation and warehouse management team, completing root cause analysis using UPS and other World Class Supply Chain problem solving tools for Customer/Distributor complaints across the Americas. Moreover, evaluate failure modes and determines technical solutions while advising brewery engineering teams towards full goods loss and disrupted load elimination. Lastly, you will develop, maintain, and be the general owner of all distribution standards, export warehouse standards, and cross-dock standardsThis position reports to the Dir Sup Qual Mgmt & Mkt Qual Excellence , and works closely with other internal partners including Quality, Packaging, Distribution/Warehouse, Transportation, Beverage, Packaging/Dispense R&D, Innovation and Commercial teams.The Responsibilities: Using deep subject matter knowledge in Loading patterns for rail, OTR, intermodal, air, and maritime freight to develop dunnage requirements within all MCBC manufacturing facilities, Cross Dock and Co-man/Co-Pack network. Supports the transportation and warehouse management team on quality requirements. Completes root cause analysis using UPS and other World Class Supply Chain problem solving tools for Customer/Distributor complaints across the Americas. Evaluates failure modes and determines technical solutions while advising brewery engineering teams towards full goods loss and disrupted load elimination. Develops, maintains, and general owner of all Distribution Standards, Export Warehouse standards, and Cross-Dock standards. Completes Cross-dock assessments, audits, and claims investigations.The Other Qualifications: You will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering or related field or equivalent industry experience You will have 2+ years in manufacturing quality; 1+ years’ experience in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment; 1+ year in commercial, distribution, packaging and/or warehouse operations Advanced degree in Packaging is preferred. Under the general direction of the Support Services or Administrative Division Chief, the RMT for VBA facilities has oversight for the facility-wide Records Management Program.
