In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM.Benefits: All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Prepare case conferences for the pathologists

Tracking and owning all pathology send out work

Transcribes codes

Demonstrate proficiency in the use of computers, word processing software and dictation equipment

Proficiency with numbers

Effective interpersonal communication skills

Maintain cooperative work relationships with internal and external customers

Research information

Time management skills

Answer phones

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent,

Previous experience working in a clinical lab setting highly preferred

Must have previous experience in a healthcare setting

Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

Previous data entry and/or administrative experience preferred

Excellent time management and organization skills

Knowledge of medical terminology, medical terminology training preferred
