Under limited supervision, performs one or more of the following Network Engineering activities: configuration management, system administration, security administration, network administration, development system implementation, production system implementation.

Responds to issues related to environment, hardware, system, and/or software and implements resolution across technology areas.

Supports multiple systems simultaneously, and provides leadership for large project efforts.

Provide support or lead activities related to change management, outage management and/or project management.

Provide LAN/WLAN/WAN support as needed, Oversight, Engineering Relationship, Field Service relationship, Collaboration among team.

Basic Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience working in support of Cisco ACI networks

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with the following applications:

SharePoint, Advanced Smartsheet, Excel, Visio Viewer, Word, OneNote, Secure CRT, ServiceMax, PDSM, Teams

Experience with and understanding of the following

802.1Q, Access Control Lists, Access Points, CDP/LLDP, DHCP, DNS, EtherChannel, HSRP, IPv4, IPv6, MPLS, NAT, Network device configuration, Network troubleshooting, NTP, NXOS/IOS, Port Security, Routing Protocols (BGP, EIGRP), SD-WAN, Smartsheet, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), Subnetting, TCP/UDP, TFTP/FTP, Virtual Port Channel, VLANs, VOIP, VRRP, WAN/LAN, WiFi, Wireless Security Protocols

Experience with and understanding of Network device management access including Telnet, SSH, HTTP, HTTPS, console, TACACS+/RADIUS)

Experience with multi-mode, single-mode fiber, fiber connector types, and copper cabling

Experience with Cisco Modules such as NIM, PVDM, SFP, QSFP

CCNA or CCNP Certification
