JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: Every day, in ways both big and

Manager I - Projects Community of Practice, you will work independently,
in collaboration with the projects team of the Kern National Network for
Flourishing in Medicine (KNN) and under the direction of the Initiative
Program Director, to manage the activities of a projects community of
practice for the grant-funded MCW Flourishing in Health Professions
Education Initiative. Manage project engagements to achieve established
goals and objectives through effective planning, organizing, directing,
controlling and coordinating of project tasks. Responsibilities: Support
the functions of the initiative with project vision and implementation
plans by deploying project management techniques, effective
communication, and group facilitation skills. Manage project planning
processes as it relates to MCW projects for the initiative. Maintain
project timeline including tracking deadlines and requirements for
program deliverables. Consult on and manage project budgets, including
tracking and reconciliation; provide budget guidance and financial
updates to project teams. Support financial processing for project
activities working with KNN Finance and MCW. Work with program staff
within the KNN Reimagination Grants area and across the KNN Program
Office. Schedule people and material resources for project Community of
Practice engagements, potentially including: monthly meetings, quarterly
convenings and project 1:1s as requested. Maintain awareness of KNN
Communities of Practice and make recommendations for engagement of MCW
project teams. Take a relational approach to work with internal and
external stakeholders. Coordinate the development of project materials
including educational materials, presentations, marketing materials,
websites, forms, and reports maintaining consistency with initiative
branding and language guidelines. Create and execute project work plans
and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs, scope and
requirements. Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of
program data; contribute to the reporting of program data and project
progress. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and
files related to the program. Participate in the review of materials
from project teams, including applications, programmatic updates and
reports. Create and oversee effective communication plans that address

Business Operations Program Director and within the Business Operations
team, and collaboratively with the CIBMTR Executive Director, Program
Directors and Scientific Directors to maintain and manage activities of
CIBMTR Business Operations specific to program initiatives to promote a
culture of excellence. Maintain and develop management structure and
guidance to operational teams to facilitate the achievement of program
initiatives and robust management of the project portfolio.
Responsibilities Within Business Operations, manage and facilitate the
portfolio of projects related to CIBMTR program initiatives associated
with federal grants/industry sponsors and including project work
involving CIBMTR operational areas. Responsible for supervision of staff
including recruitment, hiring, orientation, training and development and
performance evaluation. Develop and implement standard operating
processes and develop processes to ensure quality deliverables and
excellent customer service. Collaborate with CIBMTR-Minneapolis staff
and managers. Facilitate cross-operational area management of the
project portfolio, and oversee coordination of project timelines
including tracking deadlines for deliverables. Assist with development
and management of all project budgets within the portfolio Schedule
people and material resources; assess resources needs as needed Manage
critical communication with internal leaders and external stakeholders,
and promotion of program initiatives through the development of
materials including educational materials, marketing materials,
websites, forms, project plans and reports. Determine and oversee the
collection, analysis, and dissemination project metrics for leadership
reporting Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of
comprehensive databases and files related to track operations and
deliverables, and oversight of internal and external meetings Manage
outreach activities including acting, as needed, as a liaison with
external organizations. Ensure metrics and progress are reported to
CIBMTR leadership through written reports and verbal presentations, and
ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies in

independently under the administrative direction of the MCW Flourishing
Program Director to coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities
of the program. Contribute direction and guidance to the team to

Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies Coordinate

Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent
basis. Minimum education: Bachelor\'s Degree Minimum experience: 5 years
