(MCW). As aProgram Coordinator III MCW Flourishing, you will work

independently under the administrative direction of the MCW Flourishing

Program Director to coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities

of the program. Contribute direction and guidance to the team to

facilitate the achievement of the program's goals. Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies Coordinate

the development of program materials including educational materials,

marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports. Work with program

leaders to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and

files related to the program. Assist with financial processing for the

program, including PO entry, financial reconciliation and expense

requests. Develop and manage some program budgets. Schedule people and

material resources. Conduct and manage program outreach activities

including acting as a liaison with program participants. Take a

relational approach to program coordination/administration. Collect,

analyze, and disseminate program data. Report program data and progress

to program stakeholders. Participate on appropriate committees relevant

to the advancement of the program and the profession. Participate in the

development of program resources through literature searches, contact

with outside programs, and review and solicitation of funding

opportunities. Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Knowledge of computers,

clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and

information management. Organization, time management, interpersonal,

communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Schedule: M - F,

8am-5pm - Hybrid Position Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:

Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent

basis. Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree Minimum experience: 5 years

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred education: Master's degree

Preferred experience: 6 or more years of program or project coordination
