Location: Third Ward, Milwaukee, WIAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Engagement Coordinator to join our team in Milwaukee. This entry-level role serves as the critical link between our expert network and attorney clients, ensuring seamless and successful expert-attorney partnerships. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, exceptional organizer, and natural relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage Expert-Attorney Engagements: Coordinate and oversee the full lifecycle of initial expert-attorney connections, handling approximately 15 engagements daily.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with expert witnesses and attorney clients through proactive, professional communication.Scheduling & Coordination: Lead all scheduling logistics for expert-attorney consultations, ensuring seamless and timely interactions.Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all engagements for internal tracking and reporting.Multi-Channel Communication: Utilize phone, email, and text to effectively manage engagement processes and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.Client Experience & Service Excellence: Drive positive client experiences by providing responsive, professional, and solution-oriented service.
