SITE. FTE: 0.001000 Shift: Shift 4 Job Summary: Performs basic

respiratory care duties as directed by the medical staff and in

accordance with the hospital's objectives, policies and procedures. The

individual will have a preceptor identified prior to the start of each

rotation for supervision of duties. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE

DESCRIPTION: Successful completion of all first year clinical rotations

for respiratory therapy program is required. Must be and remain in good

standing within the respiratory therapy program. Clinical experience in

hospital, home care or skilled nursing facility is preferred. Member of

the American Association for Respiratory Care/state Society for

Respiratory Care is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High School

diploma or equivalent is required. Currently enrolled in an entry or

advanced level accredited Respiratory Therapy Education program is

required. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic

Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved
