Senior Services Project Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Services Project Manager in our Services Team, you will lead the delivery and implementation of the Cornerstone OnDemand suite of products. You will work with some of the world’s top organizations across a broad range of industries including federal/government/public sector, manufacturing, financial services, and healthcare. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.In This Role You Will:

Manage multiple end-to-end complex implementations of Cornerstone software solutions for clients, often with multiple sub-projects or workstreams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Develop and manage project portfolios.

Establish and keep strong customer relationships at senior levels. Create and keep a stakeholder map in the customer engagement process.

Work closely with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans.

Collaborate with internal teams, including technical consultants, product specialists, and support teams, to ensure seamless project execution.

Manage project risks and issues, and proactively find solutions to overcome challenges.

Implement advanced risk management strategies and give guidance on risk assessments.

Give regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the implementation process.

Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage project budgets ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.

Book and use resources to ensure successful project completion.

Perform regular project reviews to evaluate project effectiveness and find areas for improvement. Escalate to management promptly when needed, to garner more support.

Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives by finding gaps in process and recommending solutions.

Conduct post Go Live project reviews and document lessons learned.

Work on internal projects to improve operational efficiency.

Drive strategic alignment of projects with organizational goals.

Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.

Mentor and coach junior and mid-level project managers, offering support, knowledge sharing, and best practices.

Request and take part in the Sales to Services Handover Meeting.

Facilitate and chair the Services to CSM/Support Handover Meeting.

You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience (5-7 years) in project management and software implementation, preferably with Cornerstone OnDemand or similar HCM platforms.

PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification

Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex challenges.

Detail-oriented approach to project planning, execution, and documentation.

High Proficiency in project management tools and software (MS Project).

Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

  • JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Manufacturing Project Manager III is a hands-on individual contributor role that will focus on strategic manufacturing projects across North America in the Industrial Powertrain Systems (IPS) Segment. The role will be responsible for driving manufacturing projects and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of global, strategic Commercial IPS initiatives. Projects will vary in complexity and involve operational optimization, 80/20 deployment, Lean/Six Sigma practices, cost savings, product line simplification (PLS), focused factories, or a hybrid of the above. The role will also actively support Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) initiatives to enable continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process, as well as elevate strategic sites to a \'center of excellence\' and a destination of choice for external customers. Travel up to 25% to domestic and international Regal Rexnord facilities may be required. Primary Responsibilities Manage, lead, and support large and/or complex manufacturing operations projects through the entire project lifecycle to a structured Stage Gate process. Including management of Regal Rexnord restructuring projects. Collaboratively work with the leadership team to assess the newly formed product portfolio and to create a prioritized funnel of PLS opportunities. Lead cross-workstream projects and drive alignment across various projects within the Industrial Powertrain Solutions (IPS) segment. Design and deploy visual management to track project status and key metrics. Utilize multiple levels of planning and management tools to reinforce accountability and clarify individual ownership. Leverage planning and organizational skills to assign individual responsibilities, develop and monitor scope, budget, resources, schedules, and risk mitigation plans to deliver committed milestones. Develop and manage the overall project work breakdown structure and integrated master schedule to deliver projects on time, within budget and to scope. Recommend countermeasures to course correct off-track projects (schedule, budget, resources, scope). Develop critical path analysis and identify means to accelerate timelines, reduce cost, and/or mitigate risk. Challenge traditional methods of thinking to ensure the work is always structured in the most effective manner to achieve project goals utilizing effective and advanced manufacturing methodologies. Actively communicate and mitigate issues before they impact the project.
