Description We are offering an opportunity for a Marketing/Communications Manager in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is focused on supporting our team with demand forecasting and inventory management tactics designed to exceed our customers' goals. As part of our team, you will facilitate the collaboration process between various teams to reach a demand-forecast consensus, and ensure proper execution in-line with the demand-forecast consensus.Responsibilities: Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact, managing customer planning, forecasting, and replenishment. Regularly interface with teams to provide best-in-class service, including regular in-stock and recovery reporting, forecast reviews/recommendations and various ad hoc requests. Work closely with cross-functional teams within the Supply Chain organization to proactively communicate customer inventory needs and mitigate supply shortages. Manage the effective processing and delivery of various customer promotions/special packs programs. Utilize data services to create and share weekly customer reporting, including item matrix in-stock reporting, sales report, and forecast analysis. Manage customer returns and execute the needed follow up with the customer through to completion. Show proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Tableau, and Power BI. Exhibit strong analytical skills, specifically able to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights. Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills. Display the ability to problem solve and adapt to changing customer demands with a sense of urgency.
